Welcome to  the International Technology Cooperation Center (ITCC)!

ITCC facilitates and manages the international affairs of the Rural Development Administration(RDA). Its existence is based on the conviction that transfer of information, technology and resources are crucial in agricultural development, especially in this era of globalization. RDA prides itself in its active role of providing support for the development of agriculture and rural development, not only in Korea, but also for the rest of the world. ITCC is the center that is tasked to carry out this role.

ITCC uses multilateral cooperation with international agricultural research institutions, bilateral agreements with agencies of national governments in developing countries and training for agricultural researchers and extension personnel are the main instruments in implementing the task of international linkage.
